Context
New hires received PDFs, wiki links, and email chains in random order. HR wanted a calm, guided experience that matched the brand.
What I did
- Audited content, grouped it into journeys, and exposed search that ranked official policies above stale duplicates.
- Implemented responsive layouts with focus order tested against common screen readers.
- Added analytics events tied to funnel steps so the team could see where people stalled.
Outcome
Shorter time-to-productivity for hires and fewer “where do I find…?” messages to the people team.
