Created a unified entry point for service catalogs, API references, and on-call playbooks with MDX-backed documentation.
Context
Engineers were hunting across three systems to answer “who owns this?” or “how do I roll back?”. The platform group wanted one searchable hub.
What I did
- Modeled services and ownership in a small content schema, then rendered MDX guides with shared UI primitives.
- Added deep links from alerts into the right runbook section.
- Cached expensive index builds at deploy time so search stayed snappy.
Outcome
Mean time to answer common operational questions dropped, and new service onboarding had a clear template to follow.
