The team needed a single place for relationship managers to review accounts, trigger compliant workflows, and export activity without bouncing between legacy tools.
What I did
- Partnered with compliance and design to map permissions and happy-path flows before writing code.
- Implemented resilient data fetching with optimistic UI where safe, and clear empty and error states everywhere else.
- Instrumented core journeys so support could trace issues without reproducing them locally.
Outcome
Faster handoffs between teams, fewer duplicate tickets, and a codebase the squad could extend without a rewrite.
